Can I return a service purchased through the website?

The nature of the platform’s work differs from some other platforms that accept the return and exchange policy. The services provided through the Al-Khwarizmi platform, such as training courses and tests, are not fully subject to the return policy, because they are non-material services that do not include return items such as manufacturing defects and validity period, and accordingly it is not permissible to claim by retrieval

Can I exchange a service purchased by mistake?

You must verify that you have chosen the appropriate courses or packages before purchasing and paying the fees. In the event that you purchased a course or competition or subscribed to a level by mistake, please contact us to review the matter and make sure that you do not use the package, and then replace the service with another.

What are the conditions for replacing the service?

In order for us to correct the error and add the correct service to the user's account, it is required that it be proven that the service has not been used, or that this be 24 hours before the lapse of the purchase process. Please note that refunds are not available under normal circumstances, so please check that you have selected the appropriate courses or packages before purchasing and paying the fees.
